A sugestão chegou-nos do próprio Philippe Doux, editor da Kayak Session. A ideia é original da KS que, inspirada na classe C1 e em colaboração com o canoísta da especialidade James Saliba e o shaper Vincent Thepaut, criou o primeiro wave com as mesmas características da classe C1. Fica algo semelhante com uma prancha de "kneeboarding" mas a sugestão aqui fica. Da mesma forma que já temos "fusões" interessantes como o "paddle board", está é mais uma a crescentar!

A new C-1 waveski is the result of an audacious collaboration between C-1paddler James Saliba and KS Designs Shaper Vincent Tepaut.

The waveski has already been put to the test at many of Mexico's surf breaks (Puerto Escondido, Rio Napa, Barra de Cruz, et Bja California). So far C1 waveskiiers could either use their own freestyle mounted C1, or switch to kayak. Now they can enjoy their habitual position on the knees, and have all the advantages it brings: more amplitude, more carving options, more leverage.
