Brian Kuszmar, United States Waveski Association president, sent us the usual invitation for one more waveski championship. Last year, Mathieu Babarit won the open class in very difficult situations... the waves were tiny. All the best for this year event and don't forget that surfkayaks and SUP are also available. All the info right below.

As many of you know there will be an SUP Comp held at the same time andsame venue however they are separate events. If you plan to enter bothevents be forewarned that we will not be responsible for conflicting heatsin the two separate events. Kayaks however will be run with the Waveskicomp and is even more limited in space with a limit of 12, the kayak classwill fill up very fast. We oversold the first 2008 Ventura comp and thisone should be even larger and better, get your registration
