Mega presente no Santa Cruz Paddle Festival com quatro atletas



É a comemoração dos 25 anos do mais antigo e pioneiro festival de kayaksurf do mundo. Realiza-se em Santa Cruz, Califórnia, e a Mega Flying Squad é uma presença habitual. No ano passado, Roberta Borsari ficou em 3º lugar kayaksurf HP e Chris Hobson ficou em 2º em HP e 4º em IC. O evento mudou de nome para Santa Cruz Paddle Fest em virtude das múltipas modalidades de ondas que reúne fruto da prova de kayaksurf(anteriormente era Santa Cruz Kayaksurf Festival). O kayaksurf.net, tal como tem sido nas últimas edições, figura uma vez mais como Media Partner. Boa sorte para todos!

Dennis Judson, mentor of the event, explain us why the name has changed: "This will be the 1/4 Century event of Santa Cruz Kayak Surf Festival, scheduled for March 18th-20th 2011. It is so auspicious that we have decided to change the name to the Santa Cruz PaddleFest to better embrace the other paddle powered sports that have joined us in surfing the energy of Santa Cruz." Last year, Mega Flying Squad had Roberta Borsari on the 3rd place Women HP, and Chris Hobson with a 2nd Place in HP and a 4th place in IC. This year, Mega will have four surfkayakers representing Mega Flying Squad on the Festival. kayaksurf.net, like in the last years, supports the event as Media Partner. Good luck for all!
