Lance Milnes tem 41 anos em vive em Wollongong, SE da Austrália. Trabalha em áreas que envolvem o sector energético e a contabilidade e, quando não está nas suas funções laborais, pratica desporto. E muito! Não vivesse ele num dos paraísos do desporto mundial. Surfski, waveski, K1 e rugby, fazem dele uma verdadeira máquina de força e performance. É o actual campeão mundial de waveski, classe Masters, e virá este ano a Portugal defender o título no Campeonato do Mundo a realizar-se no Festival Ocean Spirit.
