WATERTECH SURF TRIP & NEW W VAN

Já tinhamos feito algumas viagens com a W-team portuga na W-Van anterior que é uma âmbulância Americana. Desta vez juntámo-nos para uma mini surf trip ao longo da costa portuguesa num veiculo diferente... uma carrinha funerária... eh eh eh. Em todos os sítios por onde passávamos parava tudo a olhar para a carrinha, nem sei porquê, talvez porque era fim de semana de Páscoa :-)

Esta é a machine perfeita para fazer km (devagar) com 9 riders, 11 máquinas de surfar e a tralha de todos lá dentro e ainda sobrava espaço. O fim de semana acabou na praia de Porto Batel com uma surfada bem animada, não só pelo tamanho das ondas, como pelo facto do Necas acabar uma onda de 2 metros em cima de pedra... milagrosamente ele ficou OK (ele é que é o verdadeiro Wave Survivor) mas o waveski nem por isso... Mas não foi importante pois tinhamos os meios necessários para fazer logo ali o funeral :-)

Boas ondas, bom tempo e boa disposição. É o espírito Watertech...

We made some trips with the Portuguese side of the W-team in a ambulance before. But this time we gather to make a mini surfkayak & Waveski trip along the Portuguese coast in a new W-Vehicle... a Mortuary W-Van... eh eh eh. In all the places we drove everybody stopped looking at it, we wonder why :-) specially being the Easter week end...

This is the perfect machine to make some km (slowly), 9 guys inside, 11 surf machines and the gear for everyone. The week end ended with a waveski completely broken against the rocks (with the rider seated on it), ending a 6 foot wave... the guy was ok after but not the waveski. But it was not very important, we had the means to make the burial right at the place... WATCH the video ;)

Good waves, good weather, good fun. That's the Watertech Spirit...
