WORLDS 2009 / Amendment to Rules 26/5/2009 from WSKA

ALTERAÇÕES NO REGULAMENTO DA ASS. MUNDIAL DE KAYAKSURF (alterações de 26/05/09)

James Hawker, elemento britânico da Associação Mundial de Kayaksurf (WSKA), actualizou algumas (ligeiras) alterações ao regulamento que irá reger o Campeonato do Mundo. São referentes aos heats disputados enquanto "equipa" ou "individual" e as classes Junior, Master e Femininos. Aqui ficam os artigos que sofreram aterações e respectivo link para o site oficial da WSKA.

The committee has amended the rules slightly. The revisions to the rules are published on WSKA site. The revised rules read:

There will be heats in both the team and individual events for women, junior, masters and men competitors. In the team events, masters or juniors may compete in the men’s category as well as their own. But can only compete in a maximum of 2 categories.

In the team event:
Juniors must have different competitors for the long and short categories.
Masters must have different competitors for the long and short categories.
(Women can have the same Competitors)

and after the section headed Boat Design Specifications
All designs must still take in account, the safety rules as above.
