A australiana GATH Team ganhou mais três atletas: de Portugal, Miguel Carvalho; da Itália, Stefano Bellotti e de França, Mathieu Jonneaux. São todos presenças habituais no kayaksurf.net e têm-se destacado pela seu surf de luxo e resultados obtidos nos diversos eventos em que têm participado.

Para além do mais, estamos a falar de três atletas da "nova geração" que reúnem características que depressa conquistaram a GATH. Não esqueçamos a coincidência de que os três também fazem parte da Watertech Team. Parabéns aos craques! Curiosamente, vão estar os três a competir no Mundial de Waveski no Ocean Spirit ;) Cool!

Gath Team is pleased to announce three new elements: from Portugal, Miguel Carvalho; from Italy, Stefano Bellotti and from France, Mathieu Jonneaux. These three surfers are regular presences in kayaksurf.net. We already interviewed them several times and they are the true face of the new generation of kayaksurf and waveski scene. SURFADA COM DESSIE EM SLIGO (Irlanda) / GATH CAM NO SURFKAYAK



Desta vez, Dessie McGlinchey deixou a sua Irlanda do Norte e foi até Sligo na República da Irlanda (Costa Oeste) fazer umas ondas. Levou uma Gath Cam acoplada ao kayak e aqui está o interessante resultado. Dessie é o capitão o Team da Irlanda do Norte que virá a Portugal para o Mundial de Kayaksurf.

Chris Hobson, campeão do Mundo em 2007 na classe IC junior, é um dos mais dotados kayaksurfistas da nova geração. Agora, compete na classe dos séniores na poderosa selecção da Irlanda do Norte. Reconhecendo o grande valor de Chris, a GATH oficializou o seu apoio ao kayaksurfista. Outra novidade é que Chris, é agora o Capitão da Selecção da Irlanda do Norte, cargo anteriormente ocupado por Dessie McGlinchey.

Chris Hobson, World Junior Champ IC 2007, is now supported by GATH. Chris, one of the best world kayaksurfers from this new generation, is now senior and the responsibilities are growing!! He is now the Captain of the Northern Ireland Team Captain replacing Dessie. Congratulations Chris!! All the best for your GREAT team!
